Punggol Waterway Terraces II

After the huge success of the launch of Waterway Terraces I, it wasn’t long before the sequel was released. Developed in the same pattern as its predecessor, Waterway Terraces II exudes similar characteristics with cascading roof gardens. The development is also located along My Waterway@Punggol and bounded by Punggol Way, Punggol Walk and Sumang Link and is sitting directly across the Waterway Terraces I with only the waterway separating them.

The development is relatively close to the Punggol MRT/LRT, the bus interchange and the upcoming megamall Waterway Point. Blocks near Punggol Walk will have closer access to the Punggol MRT but for the most, they will be close to the Nibong LRT Station.

Waterway Terraces II continues with the eco-town theme that is envisioned for Punggol.
